Since our charter in 1923, our American Legion Post has been welcoming VETERANS from all branches of our Armed Forces. Today, we continue to welcome all military personnel serving our country. Joining our Post enables you to continue serving your God, Country and Community. Our mission is to implement the goals, aspirations, dreams, peace, and blessings for our country, friends and families.
To the wonderful patriotic citizens of the Pequot Lakes Community. Did you know that we are a non-profit organization? The money we raise is fed directly back into the community. Please help us to continue sponsoring scholarships for our children, and give aid and assistance to our local Veterans and their families that are in need. Help us to continue to support financially worthy community programs and projects.
Perhaps you’ve stopped at the Pequot Lakes American Legion for a burger, full meal, beverage or bingo. Many people might not realize that the Pequot Lakes American Legion Post 49 is named after Ben Krueger, a local man who lost his life in World War I.
